Throughout the week-long adventure, you will be improving your fitness while indulging in a taste of the tropics life and taking in the beautiful sights and scenery of the Daintree and the Great Barrier Reef.

Our programs cater for any fitness level and are tailored to take you to your personal best, to challenge you both physically and mentally while taking you outside your comfort zone
7-Day Itinerary in Port Douglas
Afternoon or evening arrival in Port Douglas, and then transfer from Airport to Hotel in or around Port Douglas.
Settle into your room with a welcome drink and nibbles.
6:00 PM – Dinner BBQ style and get to know each other!

8:30 AM – Explore the back roads of Port Douglas on a guided bike tour riding through the rainforest to amazing places like Mowbray Valley, Spring falls and even a crocodile viewing area!
We’ll take on part of the 4-mile beach head across to the mangroves and see parts of Port Douglas that most would never see. It’s mostly downhill with a few surprises thrown in for fun. This ride is suitable for all riders.
When we return to the villa enjoy some downtime, sit by the pool, read a book, or get to know each other some more!

8:30 AM – This is a Daintree adventure not to be missed! Today we will enjoy a full day immersed in the magnificent beauty and rich history of the Daintree National Park.
Our adventure starts at a secret location on the Mossman River for a one-of-a-kind Mossman River Drift Snorkelling experience. This exciting and unique water adventure along the Mossman River is the perfect experience for water and nature lovers. You’ll journey down the river with a combination of swimming, snorkelling, floating, and walking. It’s an amazing eco-immersion adventure where we get to step into the cool, crystal-clear water and drift with the current as we discover life under the water’s surface.
After a delicious lunch to refuel, we will enjoy a traditional Kuku Yalanji smoking ceremony at the Mossman Gorge where we’ll be cleansed of bad spirits and have traditional rainforest body paint applied.
The we’ll join a 1 hr 30 min guided Dreamtime walk through the forest. Surrounded by lush green rainforest, our guide will take us through some of the most stunning parts of the Daintree National Park.

Today is a day to do as you please – OR join Kat on a walk into Port Douglas to take on Flagstaff Hill Walking trail and take in the incredible view from the viewing platform overlooking 4 Mile beach. This is an easy walk that anyone can do.
4:30 PM – Yoga session out on the grass

6:00 AM – Pick up to Palm Cove for our Kayak Turtle tour
7:00 AM – The Kayak Turtle Tour is the ultimate kayaking experience. Today we will paddle out from Palm Cove beach to Double Island and where our first stop is the turtle spot. This is the place where the green turtle and the hawksbill turtle can be seen basking in the ocean. From here, we move into the south side of the Island and explore the mangroves It’s not uncommon to see many rays and shovel-nosed sharks playing and feeding in the shallows along the tidal part of the beach.
If we venture to the north side of the island and with a low tide, we will check out the limestone cave. When the tide is right, we go right inside the cave. Here we find small stalactites hanging from the roof of the cave. This is always a popular part of the tour for everyone.
After this we will be well and truly ready for a swim at the beach and a snack before we start to head back to Palm Cove – The winds will determine which way we come back in!
1:00 PM – Back to our accommodation where the afternoon is yours to head into Port Douglas OR stay and lounge by the pool!
6:00 PM – Dinner: Roast chicken and salad

10:00 AM – Explore the fascinating underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef on a full-day sailing catamaran cruise to Low Isles. Snorkel straight from the beach on this beautiful coral cay known for its resident population of green sea turtles. View coral gardens and tropical marine life on a glass-bottom boat tour, explore the tropical on a guided nature walk, and relax on the pristine, sandy beaches.
The fun-filled day at sea includes a buffet lunch, morning, and afternoon tea.

Visiting Port Douglas is an adventure in itself. From the historic districts to the rainforest, everything stops and takes a breath.
Even when you’re not looking, there’s always something that catches your eye. Whether it be world-class dining or a relaxed beach barbecue, this place does it all.
Port Douglas is a haven for adventures and we can’t wait to show you our EPIC Port Douglas Fitcation program this October.
4 x sets workout gear as a minimum.
Best to bring 2 pairs of shoes – one old pair for muddy conditions.
Comfortable stretch pants and t-shirt or singlet.
Workout gear works best. Bring gear, including sport shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and dirty at times.
We spend a lot of time outdoors, so pack suitable sandals or thongs. Preferably bring 2 pairs of sport shoes as this allows time for one pair too dry if necessary. Old shoes are best!
Lightweight, casual clothes for the tropics.
Light long sleeve t-shirts and pants for the surprisingly cool evenings/early mornings.
Sleep in whatever is comfortable for cool nights.
Swimmers/Bathers
Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent – it’s the tropics!
It can be very cool when you start, but you will soon be warm. Wear layers. A nylon wind jacket or a jumper is a good idea.
Your package includes transfers in and around Port Douglas however you will need to make your way from Cairns’ airport to Port Douglas.
We pick up at specified times from nearby hotels/accommodation. You will be advised of group transfer arrangements once all guest details are confirmed.
The local currency is AUD. There are ATMs located all around Port Douglas
We have mobile phone reception and Wi-Fi but no landlines.
For safety reasons, we are unable to accept guests who have a fatal allergy to any foods.
We are equipped to serve separate meals however there will be times when the closest hospital is 2 hours away and we prefer not to put anyone at risk.
We can provide juices, tonic, soda etc. for you to mix with your own spirits.
Make sure you have travel insurance (this is compulsory for all our guests). Please send us a copy of your travel insurance.
Please bring a photocopy of your passport photo page, travel insurance documents and flight details.
Be responsible about any medical conditions you may have. Pack your medications and fill any prescriptions necessary as they may not be available over there.
